Joining FSWE | Flint Symphonic Wind Ensemble

Must be able to play music
All instruments are welcome
College and high school students are also welcome
Practice 7:30-9:30 every Tuesday, concerts are performed per our schedule.
Rehearsal location is Mayfair Bible Church: [MAP] 15 minutes from Downtown Flint (7.4 miles)
It is NOT required to play every concert season
Attendance should be maintained at as high a level as possible to satisfy the needs of the group for rehearsals and performances. Members who are unable to attend a rehearsal should notify the section representative or conductor(s) as soon as possible. If a member cannot make a performance, the conductor(s) MUST be notified as soon as possible. Every effort should be made by members to attend at least fifty percent (50%) of rehearsals per performance and at least two (2) of the final three (3) rehearsals per performance. Failing to achieve either attendance goal will result in being asked to not participate in the affected performances. The member must discuss the situation with the conductor in order to be possibly reinstated to any of said performances.
